Rebrand California's DMV logo 

Description

During a letterforms course, California's current DMV logo was closely examined and critiqued. The challenge was to give an established logo a new and fresh approach. I wanted to keep the letterform themselves simple since the "DMV" letters are already widely recognized. In design, the question often is, how can this be made better? My goal for this project was to make the logo reflective of California.
