Design and produce a letterpress book through the use of sustainable materials to bring a new audience to poetry.

DESCRIPTION

Monet's Kitchen displays a letterpress collection of poems by Viola Weinberg. The combination of letterpress and design bring an old and new feel to the overall book. The hand binding is concertina style. Each title page is an interpretation of the poem itself, handset and designed by students in the sustainability design course. I was the production manager and editor for the book, assisting students in executing their individual spreads.
